In July 2017, ADZ was engaged to deliver an integrated awareness and behaviour change campaign for Eastern Melbourne Primary Health Network (EMPHN). 2016 statistics showed that 50% of emergency department presentations were non-emergency cases, which crowded emergency rooms and resources.
EMPHN needed to change the behaviour of residents and visitors in their East Melbourne Catchment and to encourage them to call NURSE-ON-CALL, rather than defaulting to hospital emergency departments.
ADZ delivered an integrated approach which included full production and execution for all campaign elements including execution, production, media scheduling, management and social media advertising.
