With multiple competing businesses, Probuild required assistance raising awareness and changing to capture the perceptions of the target audience best young talent from the top construction and engineering courses around the country.
As Probuild’s agency of record, ADZ developed a creative platform, positioning ProGrad at Probuild as the most rewarding and worthwhile graduate program in Australia.
ADZ developed campaign solutions to intercept the end-user in during their research journey. The ‘Think Bright’ campaign was created to speak to the very top talent in the country and specifically designed to appeal to a younger audience, leveraging channels where they were most engaged. Through interactive social media, print and digital channels, Probuild received the highest click-through rates and the most program applications in its history.
